Karsu Textile

With the initiative of Arif Molu in March 1973, Karsu Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi was established in Kayseri with 25 partners and 500 thousand TL capital. Immediately afterwards, by giving shares to the public and the workers working abroad, the company’s capital was increased, thus KARSU was transformed into a joint stock company. In the autumn of the same year, the foundation of the factory was laid, the order of the machines was made, and after about three years, yarn production was started in 1976.

since the mid-1980s, In the period of economic stability and breakthrough with liberal and outward-oriented economy policies, KARSU has started to increase rapidly by paying attention to exports and has become one of the largest textile companies in Turkey and gained a sought-after brand value through its investments and technological innovations. On these developments, it was opened to the public in 1994 and its shares started to be traded on the stock exchange.

KARSU, which attaches great importance to high quality and feature-packed production, product diversification, R & D activities and adoption of innovations in technology, has always succeeded in announcing its name in domestic and international markets and maintaining its prestigious brand position in the sector.
